RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RENTAL PERIOD: 3 day minimum from with pickup on Friday’s, otherwise a 2 day minimum. Pickup time can be flexible but the unit has to be back at the same time of day as pick up with return time no later than 4 pm SHARP!! The renter will be charged $25 per hour for a vehicle returned late and 1 1⁄2 the daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is late. REMEMBER- Other people may be waiting for the vehicle. Please contact our office if you are going to be delayed. No vehicle may be picked up or returned on Saturday or Sunday.
RENTAL USAGE: RV mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. Anything over will be subject to an overage fee of $0.35 per mile. Generator usage is limited to 5 hours per day. Anything over will be subject to an overage fee of $10 per hour.
RESERVATION/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: _______________deposit on all rentals. Will be refundable provided the vehicle is clean (inside and outside), holding tanks are empty, gas and propane are full and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.
Gasoline and propane tanks are released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a $30 service charge to fill the gasoline tank plus the cost of the fuel. A $50 service charge will also be levied to fill the propane plus the cost of propane. Time, Mileage and other Charges are non-refundable if the Vehicle is returned earlier than the due-in date.
A dumping fee of $50 will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty upon return.
WINTERIZING FEE: Required on all winter rentals. This fee is not refundable.
All fees are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, TRAVELERS CHECK OR ON A MAJOR CREDIT CARD. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. 50 % payment due immediately upon booking and 50% due by 30 days prior to pickup.
Cancellation Policy:

If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed: Any repair over $10 must have prior authorization from dealer. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt.
If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon your return. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Proper identification, employment, credit references, and a valid drivers license must be presented when reserving a vehicle. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED
All Drivers must be 30 years of age. Campers 25 years of age.
Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. A more convenient time may be scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
